Assembly Assistant

Ali Lavoro spa, a company belonging to the W Group - Padua Branch, is seeking an assembly assistant for a company operating in the retail sector. The figure will be responsible for assembling mechanical components using bench tools, measuring instruments, and manual utensils. In addition, availability to make occasional deliveries (B patent) to clients and to interface in a friendly and professional manner with them in case of need is required. Main responsibilities: - Assembly and assembly of components according to designs or operating instructions - Use of bench tools (drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, keys, etc.) - Visual and dimensional quality control of the assembled parts - Organized management of the workstation - Delivery of materials/parts to clients or suppliers (use of company vehicle) - Occasional brief interactions with customers during delivery or pickup. Required skills: - Good manual dexterity and predisposition to practical work - Even minimal experience in assembly or mechanical manufacturing activities - Knowledge and use of bench tools and workshop instruments - Valid B patent - Good communication and relational skills - Precision, reliability, and ability to work as a team. Preferred title: - Previous experience in the role or in a production/artistic context - Basic knowledge of technical drawing - Residence in areas adjacent to Montegrotto Terme (PD).
