Sales Assistant for Parapharmacy Varese

STAFF SPA ST.p.A., a subsidiary of Busto Arsizio, is seeking a PARAFARMACIA located in the VARESE area a/une: SALES ASSISTANT FOR THE COSMESI SECTOR. The selected resource will be part of a team within a point of sale and will be responsible for the following activities: Main tasks: • Welcoming customers and personalized consulting in the selection of products most suitable for their beauty and well-being needs, offering targeted advice on cosmetics, dermocosmetics, natural products, and herbal products. • Store management, taking care of the display and restocking of merchandise on the shelves, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment. • Inventory monitoring: controlling the goods, reporting any needs for replenishment. • Order management, verifying the correspondence of received orders and inserting new orders through the dedicated software. • Participating in promotional campaigns, suggesting to customers any offers and new products available in-store. Requirements: • Previous experience in the sector matured in analogous roles, preferably in make-up stores, perfumeries, pharmacies, parapharmacies, or herbal medicine shops. • Excellent relational and communicative skills, predisposition to contact with the public. • Passion for the world of personal care: interest in cosmetic, dermocosmetic, and natural products, with a good knowledge of their characteristics and benefits. • Precision, reliability, and team spirit, able to work in synergy with the rest of the staff. Working hours: shifts from Monday to Sunday, in the time slot 8:30 - 20:00 Full-time 40 hours weekly, with two days of rest per week and two Sundays per month as rest days. What the company offers: Fixed-term contract of 4 months CCNL: Private pharmacies – 14 months, 4th level, RAL € 21,600 Structured reality that provides ongoing training.
