The Group, engaged for years in the Large-Scale Retail Food sector, operates in the market with a plurality of brands and distribution formats widely spread throughout the regional territory.

Sales Assistant Auxiliary/Assistant – CCNL Tertiary, Distribution and Services – Confesercenti

The role involves carrying out activities in support of sales, ensuring the care of the public-facing environment, merchandise management, and adequate customer assistance.

The person hired will be mentored and trained by experienced staff in the various departments present in the point of sale, including, for example, the checkout department, the bread department, the butcher department, the fruit and vegetable department, the delicatessen department, so as to be autonomous in operating in different areas.

We require maximum flexibility and availability from Monday to Sunday

Working hours: Full time, split shift

Initial fixed-term contract with the prospect of stabilization in case of positive evaluation

Job Classification and Salary

The classification will be defined based on the experience gained in the sector:

• 4th level CCNL Distribution, Tertiary and Services Confesercenti for candidates with at least 18 months of experience in the sector – Estimated Gross Annual Salary: €25,052.02
• 5th level CCNL Distribution, Tertiary and Services Confesercenti for candidates with no experience in the sector or with experience less than 18 months – Estimated Gross Annual Salary: €23,320.64
