SALES ASSISTANT PART-TIME - TOMMY HILFIGER SICILIA OUTLET VILLAGE (AGIRA)

Gifrab Italia SpA, a historic leading company in the Fashion Retail sector, is seeking a sales assistant for the Tommy Hilfiger store at the Sicilia Outlet Village in Agira (EN).

The candidate sought must have experience in the fashion retail sector, possess strong commercial, analytical, and relational skills to be used for achieving objectives and retaining new customers.

The person will be responsible for:

• Welcoming, advising, and guiding customers in their purchasing decisions and choices, combining sales techniques and product knowledge, always operating with a view to suggestive selling and multiple selling.
• Building customer loyalty and ensuring a quality customer experience in compliance with company directives and policies.
• Receiving, checking, and stocking merchandise, setting up and replenishing display areas, ensuring the quality, order, and cleanliness of the display and enhancing the product, according to visual directives and company guidelines.
• Managing cash register and POS payment activities, following company procedures regarding payment transaction management, and handling post-sales phases.

Required:

• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in structured Fashion Retail environments;
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of key KPIs;
• Excellent management and organizational skills;
• Consolidated experience in managing and coordinating a work team;
• Strong customer and sales objective orientation;
• Specific training on assisted sales techniques;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be a preferential requirement.

CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce)
Expected Salary Range (Full-time Gross Annual Salary): € 23,300 - € 25,100.
Positioning within the range will be determined based on competencies and professional experience consistent with the position's requirements.
