For a leading client in the production of heat exchangers applicable to the automotive, alternative energy, electronics and refrigeration sectors, we are looking for a: ADDETTO/A UFFICIO SALUTE E SICUREZZA JUNIOR The resource will be inserted into the HSE office and will support the Manager in quality management, health, safety and environment activities within the company. ACTIVITIES Support the management of HSE documentation (DVR, safety procedures, risk analysis, audits...); assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for top management; participate in the development of new policies and procedures related to HSE; support the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, industrial hygiene); 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of HSE management systems and procedures; ability to work in a team environment; excellent communication skills; proficiency in MS Office applications.
