Gare Office Assistant

Eurofins Environ-Lab offers chemical and microbiological analysis services to all industrial and manufacturing sectors, as well as consulting and support services for workplace safety.

To this end, Environ-Lab has organized primarily into two sectors:

• Laboratory: consisting of chemical and biological sections, performs water, air, soil, waste, and food analyses, including research projects coordinated by scientific structures.
• Network Services: consulting and design services in the fields of environment, safety, energy, and valorization of waste and process residues.

In recent years, the laboratory has structured itself more and more, counting over 50 employees and introducing key figures with over 20 years of experience in the sector. The company's services are made possible thanks to:

We are looking for a Gare Office Assistant at our Corteolona and Genzone locations.

Main Activities:

• Monitoring of national and European tenders, published on various available portals.
• Analyzing technical and administrative requirements, identifying relevant tender opportunities for the company.
• Preparing administrative documents (in collaboration with various business units) for participating in tender bids.
• Monitoring the awarding phases and managing necessary compliance tasks in case of assignment.
• Registration and updating on public suppliers' registers at national and international levels.
• Preparing quotes
