Technical Service Operator – English and French/German Language

The Role

You will become part of our Technical Assistance (Technical Service) team and will be the operational and specialist point of contact for our customers. You will not be involved in simple customer service, but in first and second-level technical support for troubleshooting faults and managing on-site interventions.

Main Activities

• Management of assistance requests (telephone and email)
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems on equipment
• Organization of spare parts shipment and return management
• Planning of customer site interventions
• Coordination of on-site technicians
• Complaint management and customer support

Requirements

· Technical Education or Background: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation (or equivalent field experience).

· Language Skills: Fluent knowledge of English and a second language from French and/or German to interface with foreign markets.

· Technical Aptitude: Ability to read technical schematics, user manuals, and understand the operating dynamics of equipment.

· Strong aptitude for problem-solving and excellent relational skills.

Previous experience, even if brief, in Technical Help Desk, Internal Service, or After-Sales Support roles for industrial/technological products is welcome.

Salary: €26,840.00 - €30,000.00 per year, commensurate with the candidate's experience.
