Addetto/a Service Support – Stage- Milano Nord-Ovest

Adecco Lifescience, specialization of the Adecco group, is seeking on behalf of an important company operating in the diagnostic/analytical sector, a resource to be inserted as Addetto/a Service Support – in Training. The resource will be inserted into the Service Support Back Office team, will be supported by the Team Leader Service Support and will be responsible for: Managing customer assistance and repair requests, in collaboration with the commercial and planning department; Managing shipments and deliveries; Providing technical support to customers; Assisting in the resolution of customer complaints; Coordinating with the logistics department; Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions; Collaborating with the team to achieve service level agreements. The resource will be trained on the company's systems, processes, and procedures. Adequate knowledge of the Italian language is required.
