Smart Job S.p.A., Employment Agency, on behalf of a leading company in the hair extensions sector, is looking for 1 COMMERCIAL SECRETARIAT EMPLOYEE The resource will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers through calls and emails, with the aim of setting appointments for the sales team. The target of reference includes entrepreneurs, shops and companies operating in the sector. Main responsibilities - CRM update through data collection; - Support in internal and external communication; - Interfunctional collaboration with other company departments; Required requirements - Experience, even minimal, telemarketing or back office; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Precision, proactivity and customer orientation.
