WAITER/WAITRESS

Etjca S.p.A., is looking for a waiter/waitress for a well-established chain operating in the food service sector. The inserted resource will be responsible for the following activities: - Serving customers with courtesy and professionalism - Managing orders, advising clients on dishes and drinks - Maintaining correct order and cleanliness of tables and work areas - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and punctual service - Managing customer requests efficiently Requirements: - Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in food service settings of high level - Excellent knowledge of Italian language and English (both spoken and written) - Good communication skills and customer management - Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays Offers: - Direct entry into the company for a fixed-term contract with the aim of hiring on an indefinite basis - CCNL TURISMO PUBBLICI ESERCIZI, 4th level: €1,652.69 gross Orari di lavoro: full-time from Monday to Sunday with one day off per week, on shifts in the time frame 8:00-23:30 Place of work: Milan Duomo Etjca Group S.p.A. is authorized to operate by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Aut.
