Position For the new McDonald's restaurant in Teramo (TE) we are looking for: Restaurant Staff-Crew and Restaurant Manager Characteristics required for the Crew role: multitasking approach, flexibility, time management, and a strong customer orientation. Typically, the activity is divided between kitchen and restaurant area, with specific training provided for all positions. Characteristics required for the Manager role: openness and collaboration, leadership skills to contribute to team growth. Main activities: during the shift, the Manager manages the restaurant organization, including logistical and supply activities. Organizes the training of new hires, following and evaluating their performance. Has the responsibility for shifts and service quality, customer welcome, and satisfaction. Requirements Crew: - Excellent interpersonal skills, - High school diploma, - Teamwork orientation, - Flexibility and availability based on organizational needs. Requirements Manager: - Continuous experience (at least one year) in a company, especially if with some type of responsibility or team management, - Flexibility, - Predisposition to leadership.
