Permanent Staffing, a specialized division of Staff S.p.A., is seeking a RESTAURANT WORKER (Protected Categories – L.68/99) for a major company operating in the fast-food sector. The resource will become part of a dynamic team within the PARMA store, contributing to ensuring a rapid, efficient service focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities • You will welcome and assist customers during service, ensuring a positive experience • You will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards • You will ensure the order and cleanliness of workspaces and the dining area • You will support inventory management and control activities • You will actively collaborate with the team in the daily activities of the store Requirements • Belonging to Protected Categories (L.68/99) and registration with the Targeted Placement Service • Autonomy in travel to reach the workplace • Availability to work part-time (21–24 hours per week) on shifts, including weekends and holidays • Experience, even minimal, in the restaurant sector (preferential) • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and flexibility What we offer • Part-time fixed-term contract, 21-24 hours per week • Classification at 5th level of CCNL Public Establishments • Continuous training and opportunities for growth in a structured and dynamic environment • Benefits: supplementary health insurance, discounts, and other company advantages Direct hiring with the client company, with the possibility of an apprenticeship contract.
