The assistant will be responsible for: - Managing requests from clients and operational planning of assigned resources at the center - Acceptance, weighing, and registration of forms related to incoming and outgoing materials - Verification of quantities entering before transcodification of materials intended for yard work - Printing of records and forms of moved materials - Management, updating, and monitoring of reporting (trips taken, vehicle activities, fuel consumption) - Verification and control of employee attendance - Issuance and transmission of digital invoices - Completing the candidate's profile: - Knowledge of MUD - Knowledge of SAP and Winwaste management - Team Player - Dynamism - Precision - Team player. Classification: CCNL Wood Industry - Level AE2, RAL 25.890 Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Place of work: Pavia (PV) surroundings.
