Sampling and Collection Officer

Position

The resource will be responsible for the activity of collecting samples according to the indications of the planning department, operating in compliance with internal procedures and company quality standards.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Collection and sampling of food matrices (products) and environmental matrices (swabs, water for human consumption and wastewater).
• Execution of assigned sampling activities according to internal procedures or those agreed with the Client (e.g., self-monitoring).
• Compilation of documentation relating to the activity carried out (acceptance form, sampling report).
• Request for necessary materials for field activities using a dedicated file.
• Logistical organization of collected samples according to the indications received from planning.

Requirements

• Diploma in a scientific field.
• Previous experience in the sector (preferred).
• Teamwork skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to work outdoors, at industrial plants, canteens, nursing homes, etc.
• Availability to travel within the Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia regions with a company vehicle (driving license B).
• Flexible working hours.
• Customer orientation.

Direct insertion within a solid, structured, educational, and international context, with placement and salary to be evaluated in correlation with previous experience.

CCNL Studi professionali - 14 monthly payments.

Benefit: meal reimbursement for operational activities of €15 for lunch (potentially €30 for dinner).

Working hours: full-time day shift 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM / 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.

Work location: Province of Treviso (TV).
