Assembly Assistant

Ali Lavoro is seeking, on behalf of an important and structured reality operating in the production of metal accessories for high fashion located in Valdarno Aretino, an Assembly Assistant. In this context, the figure is responsible for strategically placing parts on workbenches for processes such as painting, galvanizing or assembly, ensuring maximum productive efficiency and respect for the quality standards of the luxury sector. Main Responsibilities: - Manual or mechanical placement of small metal accessories on frames or special supports. - Visual control of parts before and after placement to identify any aesthetic defects. - Preparation of materials for subsequent surface treatments (galvanizing, painting, enameling). - Management of production flows based on orders and priorities communicated by supervisors. - Respect for quality procedures to avoid signs or imperfections on accessories. Required Skills: - Excellent manual dexterity and operational speed, combined with extreme precision. - Ability to maintain high concentration on repetitive tasks but with a high impact on quality. - Attention to detail and ability to distinguish millimetric superficial imperfections. - Immediate availability and flexibility in scheduling. - Residence in Valdarno Aretino or surrounding areas.
