Part-Time Fishmonger Assistant

E-Work e-work S.p.A., headquarters in Faenza, is seeking a part-time fishmonger assistant to be inserted into a solid client company operating in the Organized Retail sector. In the event that the resource does not have experience, an accompaniment and training path will be offered to acquire the necessary autonomy. The preferred requirement presents experience in the food service industry, experience with processing, cleaning, and filleting fish. Once the necessary professionalism is acquired, the candidate will be responsible for: - managing orders; - serving customers; - preparing the display case of the counter and the wall section. Completing the profile are passion for the food world, knowledge of seafood products, ability and proactivity in advising customers. Requirements include: - availability to occasional transfers; - necessary requirement possession of a B driving license.
