Next Spa, Employment Agency, Mantova Branch, selects for a major rubber and plastic company: ADDETTO/A LINEA ESTRUSIONE The selected resource will work under the direct supervision of the Department Head and indirectly of the Production Manager. Main responsibilities: - Preparation and start-up of machines, loading raw materials into the extruder. - Setting up and controlling production parameters (speed, materials, thermal profile, marking). - Measuring product and molds according to technical specifications. - Equipping the machine with necessary components for the line. - Verifying correct machine operation until finished product discharge and quality control. - Collaboration with the Department Head to ensure proper line functioning. Requirements: - Medium-level license and/or qualification/diploma in mechanical, electronic, or electrical fields. - Mechanical, electronic, and IT knowledge for software application use in production. - 1-2 years of experience in similar contexts (rubber and plastic or metalworking) will be considered a plus. - Possession of the forklift operator's license is preferred. What is offered: Temporary employment with the aim of hiring, commensurate to experience. Working hours: Full-time on a daily basis with the possibility of continuous working hours from 08:00 to 18:00; Request availability on 3 shifts and continuous cycle.
