MOM Consulting is recruiting an Addendum/ Addenda for Project Design for a company that manages the Integrated Water Service for over 135,000 users in 39 municipalities, providing quality drinking water to over 344,000 inhabitants. The "Programmazione, Progettazione e Direzione Lavori" - Engineering Area department is responsible for the development of programs, plans, and projects related to infrastructure works and plants; the study of technical problems proposed by the company's organs; the execution of works and plants in accordance with the norms established for works and inspections according to community, national, and company regulations; project design, direction of works, and inspections; compliance with the Responsible for the Procedure LL.PP.; updating the company's cartography on a GIS basis with the insertion of networks and works in the company's area and cadastral survey; etc... The company operates in the territory, managing water, sewer, and purification networks in a diffuse and capillary manner. Every day, over 25 technical teams operate in the field, easily identifiable by the company's logo, designed to ensure immediate recognition by citizens as a symbol of their water company. WHAT WE OFFER: - A 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of transformation into an indefinite-term contract, provided the conditions are met; - Job classification and economic treatment defined based on the candidate's profile, in any case not lower than level 4 of the CCNL Gas-Acqua in force - Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-12:30 / 13:30-17:20; Wed 8:00-13:10 (with a 30-minute flexibility to be recovered during the day) - Multidisciplinary and stimulating technical environment - Place of work: Codognè (TV) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The selected resource will be involved in the following activities: - Design and direction of works for the implementation of the planned investments in the water and sewerage sector, including the works for the realization of new plants and the upgrading of existing plants in the company's management, with particular reference to the execution and cantierization phases of the works. - Support for the realization of new plants and the upgrading of existing plants - Technical-operative activities related to the execution and cantierization phases of the works - Updating the company's cartography on a GIS basis and management of the cadastral survey CHI WE ARE LOOKING FOR Professionals or recent graduates with technical training and motivation to work in the water services sector, preferably with previous experiences in project design and direction of works for infrastructure. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION: a) Titles of study, training: - Technical diploma (geometer, building surveyor, or equivalent); - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent). b) Professional requirements: - Good knowledge of the Office package and databases in a Windows environment; - Knowledge and skills in the field of project design, direction of works, and general accounting for public works, and basic knowledge of technical aspects related to works pertaining to the Integrated Water Service. c) General requirements: - No exclusion from active political voting; - Absence of penal convictions that are obstacles. d) Attitudinal requirements: - Predisposition to teamwork; - Flexibility and propensity for problem-solving; - Communicative and relational skills; - Proactivity and entrepreneurship to promote process innovation and interface with non-technical personnel; - Orientation to results and organizational skills; - Strong sense of responsibility and ability to plan and organize one's activities within the defined tasks; - Attention and precision in work activities. e) Physical fitness for employment. f) Type B driving license. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: - Registration in the engineers' register; - Knowledge and use of CAD/BIM design program, specialized calculation software, and experience in managing public works.
