With a growing presence in 7 European countries, we are continuously expanding internationally and looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Role:

To support our growth and further improve our service to clients, we are seeking a Help Desk and Software Tester. The selected candidate will have a dual role:

• provide second-level technical support to users of our applications,
• participate in quality control and software testing activities.

They will be integrated into the delivery team, working closely with developers, functional analysts, and project managers.

Main Tasks:

• Respond to assistance requests received via email or ticketing system.
• Diagnose technical problems and provide second-level solutions.
• Record and classify bugs, malfunctions, and feature requests.
• Perform functional, non-regression, and acceptance testing on software solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and resolve anomalies.
• Draft technical documentation and user manuals.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• 1-2 years in similar roles (IT help desk, technical support, QA/testing), preferably in software or IT contexts.

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems.
• Familiarity with browsers, web environments, and ticketing tools.

Soft Skills:

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical aptitude.
• Precision, proactivity, and customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Languages:

• Fluent Italian.
• Technical English written (B1 level or higher required).

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools like Jira or similar.
• Knowledge of French.
• Familiarity with emulators for mobile devices.
