Training Management Assistant

Staff S.p.A. agency for employment, to strengthen its internal staff at central headquarters, selects a Training Management Assistant. The new resource will be inserted in the Formazione Finanziata Forma.Temp office and will follow activities related to organizational, administrative, and operational aspects of training courses, including: - Course organization and monitoring. - Data entry into specific portals and applications. - Collection and verification of documents and certifications. - Monitoring and reporting. The selection is aimed at a graduate or laureate in Humanities or Administrative fields with preferred experience in similar roles. The ideal candidate has an interest in Training, good organizational skills, and an empathetic approach. Completing the profile are analytical and precise skills, ease of relationship, and excellent IT skills, particularly excellent knowledge of the MS Office package. Job classification: commensurate with experiences/competencies acquired. Working hours: Full-Time.
