AxL S.p.A - Agenzia per il Lavoro AXL SPA - Business Unit di Perugia - ricerca per azienda cliente di servizi: ADDETTO/A CUSTOMER CARE SU TURNI The employee/a of Customer Care will be responsible for the first telephone contact with the customer, providing information and support, then directing the person to the consultant. They will also take care of basic administrative activities. Requirements: - effective communication skills and strong predisposition for interpersonal relationships; - listening and comprehension abilities; - orientation towards work goals and propensity for teamwork; - availability to work on shifts, from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm from Monday to Sunday. Schedules: We work 6 days a week, with one free day to scale from Monday to Sunday. The shifts are 6 hours daily, mainly in the time frame from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm.
