Job Title and Role: QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT The resource we wish to contact holds a technical diploma and will be responsible for controlling and measuring materials entering and leaving, ensuring compliance with quality and technical standards required. Main Corporate Values Quality Precision Orientation to the Client Organizational Chart Reports to the Quality Manager Main Responsibilities • Control and measurement of materials entering and leaving. • Comparison of results with technical designs of reference. • Preparation of quality protocols and compilation of reports. • Issuance of non-conformity reports. • Possible visits to suppliers for quality checks on parts. • Collaboration with production departments to respect quality standards. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) • Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. • Previous experience gained in a similar role. • Basic knowledge of measurement tools. • Ability to read and understand technical designs. • Preferable knowledge of the English language. Personal Skills (Soft Skills) • Attention to detail. • Problem Solving. • Teamwork attitude. Contract Conditions • Place of work: Tezze sul Brenta (VI) • Working hours and work-life balance: Monday to Friday 7:30-12:00 and 13:30-17:00. Availability to perform extraordinary hours 1 hour/day and some Saturdays is required. • Employment contract: Full-time contract with a fixed term. • Salary package: The economic classification will be examined and weighed after the interviews and comparison with the preparation and experience of the candidates competing for the position. • Benefit: internal canteen at a reduced cost.
