**Synergie Italia S.p.A., Chiavari Branch**, is looking for a **DELICATESSEN COUNTER EMPLOYEE** for a large-scale food retail store located in the **vicinity of Cicagna (GE), in the immediate hinterland of Chiavari**. The resource will be assigned to the delicatessen and gastronomy counter of the supermarket and will be responsible for assisted sales and the preparation of products for customers. Main tasks * Service at the delicatessen and gastronomy counter; * Use of the slicer and electronic scale; * Preparation, cutting, and packaging of products; * Setting up and restocking the counter; * Care in product display and promotion of products; * Verification of correct food storage; * Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and hygiene of the workstation; * Customer assistance with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to consumer needs. We offer * Employment with an initial fixed-term employment contract; * Concrete possibilities for subsequent confirmation and work continuity; * Application of the **CCNL Commercio e Terziario (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce and Tertiary Sector)**; * Grading to be evaluated based on experience gained: * **5th level - € 1,691 gross per month** * **4th level - € 1,818 gross per month** * Possibility to agree on an insertion: * **full-time (40 hours per week)** or * **part-time from 20 to 30 hours per week**, depending on the resource's availability and the store's organizational needs. Required qualifications * Previous and appreciated experience in similar roles at delicatessens, gastronomies, or dedicated departments of large-scale retail; * Good ability to use the slicer and electronic scale; * Attention to service quality and product presentation; * Precision, reliability, and sense of responsibility; * Predisposition for public contact and customer orientation; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the store team. _The offer is aimed at candidates in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decrees 215/2003 and 216/2003 and Resolution PdR 125/2022.
