Quality Assurance Assistant

Temporary job - Agency for Work (Curno branch) selects a Quality Assurance Assistant for an important client company. The resource will collaborate with the quality manager, supporting him/her in operational and administrative activities, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of the ISO 9001 quality system. Specifically, it will be responsible for: - management and updating of the ISO 9001 quality manual - control and management of documentation: procedures, manuals, and registers - calibration of measurement instruments and archiving of reports - management of non-conformities (internal and external) and implementation of corrective actions - internal and external audits: with reporting - supplier control with performance evaluation against qualitative requirements - sampling inspection and acceptance of incoming materials - conducting and training internal staff on quality and regulations. Requirements requested: - technical diploma - 2/3 years' experience in the role - thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 regulations - excellent mastery of Excel, ERP, and management software - good knowledge of spoken and written English. Offered: direct placement in company. Salary commensurate with experience. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00.
