Staff S.p.a agency for work, Cantù branch, is looking for a company operating in the retail sector - Clothing SALES ASSISTANT Responsibilities: - Welcoming and assisting customers during the purchasing experience - Supporting sales of clothing items - Collaborating daily with colleagues at the point of sale, in an inclusive work environment in contact with disability - Affiliating and supporting operational tasks to colleagues with disabilities, respecting roles and autonomy - Caring for order and layout of the store - Replenishing merchandise and controlling the warehouse - Contributing to maintaining a positive, respectful, and collaborative work climate Requirements: - Outstanding relational and communicative skills - High patience, empathy, and sensitivity towards people - Predisposition to working in an inclusive and collaborative environment - Ability to work in a team - Reliability, seriousness, and sense of responsibility - Attitude to contact with the public - Experience in retail sales We offer: - Working hours: full-time, Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm.
