Here are some activities you will be involved in: - Assist customers during shopping experiences, maximizing sales opportunities and achieving sales and revenue targets - Manage customers using assisted sales techniques (cross selling, up selling) to optimize KPIs - Curate internal product displays according to company guidelines for Visual Merchandising - Receive merchandise and reorganize Requirements We are looking for a precise, gentle, and practical person, able to move efficiently within an operational context and well-organized. Here are some requirements we consider during the initial interview: - Minimum experience in structured companies - Experience in assisted sales - Habit of working towards objectives, knowledge of KPIs (UPT, CR, AVT) - Excellent communication and relational skills - Maximum availability and flexibility to work on shifts and weekends - Proactivity and orientation towards results - Dynamism, precision, and organization - Good standing Other information - A fixed-term contract with a trial period is offered, with concrete possibilities of integration - Working hours: full-time from Monday to Sunday with rest periods rotating between 08:00 and 20:00 - 5th level of the CCNL Commercial Workers Union - Location: TRIESTE The announcement is addressed to all people, regardless of gender, in accordance with D.
