Sales Assistant in Pharmacy

STAFF SPA S.p.A., Busto Arsizio branch, is looking for a prestigious PHARMACY STORE in Gallarate, belonging to an important national group expanding, the following professional figure: SALES ASSISTANT IN PHARMACY The resource will join the team at the point of sale and be responsible for: Main duties - Welcoming customers and managing sales of parafarmaceutical products (excluding pharmaceuticals). - Personalized consulting for choosing the most suitable products for beauty and well-being, providing indications on cosmetics, dermocosmetics, supplements, natural products, and herbal remedies. - Caring for the display and restocking of merchandise on shelves, ensuring order and cleanliness at the point of sale. - Monitoring inventory levels and managing supplies through company software. - Controlling delivery slips and verifying the correspondence of orders. - Participating in promotional initiatives organized in pharmacy. Requirements - Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in pharmacies, parafarmacies, perfumeries, makeup stores, or herbal shops. - Excellent relational and communicative skills, predisposition to contact with the public. - Passion for the world of personal care and knowledge of cosmetic, dermocosmetic, and natural products. - Precision, reliability, and teamwork attitude. Working hours Shifts from Monday to Sunday in the time frame: - Monday-Saturday: 8:30-19:30 - Sunday: closed Full-time 40 hours a week and rest rotation Offer - Fixed-term contract of 3 months with possibility of extension and permanent insertion. - CCNL Farmacies Private – 14 monthly payments, 4th level, RAL € 21,600. - Initial support and continuous training.
