Sales Assistant to Gallarate (VA)

STAFF SPA ST.p.A., Busto Arsizio branch, is looking for a Sales Assistant to work at a pharmacy located in Gallarate, belonging to an important national group in expansion. The resource will join the team of the point of sale and be responsible for: Main duties - Welcoming customers and managing sales of pharmaceutical products (excluding medicines). - Personalized consulting for choosing the most suitable products for beauty and well-being needs, providing guidance on cosmetics, dermocosmetics, integrators, natural products, and herbal remedies. - Caring for the display and restocking of merchandise on shelves, ensuring order and cleanliness of the point of sale. - Monitoring inventory levels and managing supplies through company software. - Controlling delivery slips and verifying correspondence with orders. - Participating in promotional initiatives organized at the pharmacy. Requirements - Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in pharmacies, parafarmacies, perfumeries, makeup stores, or herbal medicine shops. - Excellent relational and communicative skills, predisposition to interacting with the public. - Passion for the world of personal care and knowledge of cosmetic, dermocosmetic, and natural products. - Precision, reliability, and teamwork attitude. Working hours Shifts from Monday to Sunday in the time slot: - Monday-Sunday: 9:00-19:30 - Full-time 40 weekly hours with two days off per week and two Sundays a month as rest days. Offer - Fixed-term contract of 3 months with possibility of extension and permanent insertion. - CCNL Farmacies Private – 14 monthly payments, 4th level, RAL €21,600. - Initial guidance and ongoing training.
