Humangest SPA, is seeking a resource to be inserted into its own organizational structure. The selected person will initially accompany another assigned person to learn the entire workflow, which currently prevails 29.5/30 hours weekly. At the end of the accompaniment period, activities will be divided between the two operators. Two distinct contracts will then be defined, with one of the following hourly distributions: 12.5/13 hours weekly, 16.5/17 hours weekly. Required qualifications: - Reliability and precision; - Good organizational capacity; - Preferable experience in the cleaning sector; - Availability to work on multiple weekdays. Offer: Initial accompaniment Part-time contract with assigned schedule after the formation period Insertion into a structured company with possibility of stabilization.
