Castello di Casole, an exclusive Belmond hotel immersed in the heart of Tuscany, is looking for a Room Attendant to join its team for the 2026 season. This person will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care of the rooms, thus contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Cleaning and tidying rooms according to company standards and procedures;

• Support in the management of the laundry and the supply of offices with linen and amenities;

• Cleaning of changing rooms and maintaining the decor of common areas;

• Care of guests' personal belongings and respect for their needs.

Requirements

• Flexible hours and availability to work on weekends and holidays;

• Attention to detail and ability to provide a high quality service;

• Excellent communication skills and predisposition to teamwork;

• Proven experience in the hospitality sector is preferred, but not essential.
