E-Work e-work SpA, Rome office, selects a figure of ADDETTO/A ALL'ACCOGLIENZA for an important chain of luxury restaurants. The resource will be inserted into an exclusive and dynamic context, with the objective of ensuring an impeccable experience for every guest: warm welcome, management of bookings and continuous support throughout the customer's journey. Duties: - Welcome guests - Manage phone calls and provide assistance for requests and bookings - Organize bookings, confirmations, and booking, guaranteeing fluidity and precision - Support guests in their requests, directing them correctly to competent departments Requirements: - Previous experience as a receptionist in high-end restaurants with high volume of work - Excellent management capacity for bookings and guest requests even during peak moments - Outstanding relational skills, courtesy, and customer orientation - Excellent knowledge of the English language Offer: - Insertion into an exclusive context with constant training and growth - Job classification commensurate with experience - Working hours: full-time on shifts, weekends, and holidays - Place of work: ROME (RM) The job offer is intended for both men and women in accordance with D.Lgs. 198/2006.
