In our new MOBILISSIMO BUSTO ARSIZIO store, customer service is the first detail that makes a difference. For this reason, we are looking for a full-time figure to join the team as Customer Welcome Assistant, capable of making every person feel welcome, listened to and followed from the very first moment. Your role in the showroom will be to: Accommodate customers with attention and professionalism Manage the initial contact and direct the customer to the most suitable consultant Support the organization of the point of sale (flowchart) Ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers Provide information on products and services Offer personalized advice and guidance Assist in resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during the shopping process.
