**SYNERGIE ITALIA SPA**, Camposampiero (pd) branch, is looking for, for a client company leader in the metalworking and rubber-plastic sector, a: # OPERATOR FOR METAL STAMPING ## Requirements The ideal candidate presents with the following requirements: * Previous experience in similar roles in the metalworking sector is preferred; * Basic knowledge of measuring instruments; * Good ability to read **mechanical drawings**; * Good manual dexterity and precision; * Reliability and ability to work in compliance with procedures; * Attention to quality and safety in the workplace; * Qualification or diploma in **technical/mechanical field** is preferred. **Junior candidates with no prior experience**, motivated to undertake a professional training path, will also be positively evaluated. ## Other Information **We offer:** * **Permanent** contract; * Classification according to **CCNL Gomma Plastica Industria** (National Collective Labour Agreement for the Rubber-Plastic Industry); * **Indicative gross annual salary €27,000 – €30,000**, depending on experience gained; * **Internal company canteen**; * **Full-time** work schedule, **Monday to Friday**; * Integration into a structured, dynamic, and growing company environment. **Workplace:** Villafranca Padovana (PD) **Work site:** on-site. The resource will be integrated into the production department and will be responsible for the following activities: * Use of presses for metal stamping; * Loading and unloading of materials and management of operations; * Visual and dimensional quality control of produced parts; * Use of measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers; * Reading of technical/mechanical drawings; * Management of scrap and materials according to company procedures; The company evaluates both junior profiles to be trained and senior profiles with experience in the role. The ideal candidate presents with the following requirements: * Previous experience in similar roles in the metalworking sector is preferred; * Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and good manual dexterity; * Good ability to read **mechanical drawings**; * Qualification or diploma in **technical/mechanical field** is preferred.
