Job description
For Roadhouse in Affi, we are looking for a part-time Restoration Employee belonging to protected categories. What you will do At Roadhouse, you can move between different stations:

The offer is intended for all candidates in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments and additions, and Legislative Decrees no. 215 and no. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment. For the position indicated above, an entry at the VI level is foreseen, with a gross monthly salary of €1,491.57 for a full-time employment relationship (14 months), to be adjusted based on the part-time working hours provided for by the contract. The classification and consequent economic treatment are defined in compliance with the National Collective Labour Agreement for employees of public establishments, collective and commercial catering and tourism companies (the "CCNL") applied to the employment relationship, pursuant to Article 54, as well as the articles referred to in Titles IV and VI of the CCNL, and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, consistent with the position, relevant professional experience, required skills, and contractual type.
- Dining Room: as a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, serving at the table, and clearing the dining room.
- Kitchen: you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold dishes, learning different meat grilling techniques, and plating them in compliance with company procedures
- Strong customer orientation and aptitude for teamwork
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, with autonomy in travel
- High school diploma and/or experience, even brief, in the bar, restaurant, or large-scale retail sectors, in roles such as counter staff, barista, waiter/waitress, kitchen assistant, or fast-food operator.
- Flexible contract: part-time from a minimum of 21 hours with shifts scheduled 3 weeks in advance, to balance work, private life, and study
