Heating Plant Maintenance Technician

The International Rekeep Group, a leader in Italy's Integrated Facility Management sector with 80 years of experience, 28,000 employees, and over 1 billion euros in revenue, has the opportunity to insert a heating plant maintenance technician within one of its group companies - Required qualifications for the position to be covered: • Preferably holding a diploma in thermal/mechanical/electrical engineering or a qualification certificate; • Experience on industrial heating plants: installation and maintenance of heating plants, gas-fired central heating systems, control panels, electrical systems serving climate control inv/est., gas networks, optimization of energy consumption through BMS present; • Experience on summer air conditioning systems: chillers, VRV, Split, and heat pumps; • Experience on water supply and sanitation systems; • Autonomy in identifying a fault on the heating plant, water supply, and summer air conditioning system; • Autonomy operational even during out-of-hours availability; • Use of measurement tools related to work on heating plants (thermometers, combustion analyzers, manometers...); • Attitude to working in a team and ability to share and manage problems directly connected to the work performed; • Preferably holding the following patents: Patentino Termico II° grade (preferable but not essential) - Authorization to operate heating plants Patentino Frigoristi F-GAS - Offer: • Job classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the skills, experience, and professional training acquired.
