Job Title and role purpose: ADDETTO/A ALLA MANUTENZIONE ELETTROMECCANICA Description of position: The figure, reporting to the Production Manager, will be responsible for ensuring punctual and correct definition of strategies and maintenance plan supporting production operators. Main company values: - Passion - Collaboration - Trust Hierarchy report: Production Manager Functional relationships: Internal: Colleagues, Production External: External technicians Main Responsibilities: - Define strategies and maintenance plan for factory destined to production and testing facilities, including methods, inventory management, internal and remote (e.g., at suppliers) ​ - Define, monitor, and improve backup strategies together with the IT group that can ensure machine continuity in case of failure or cyber attack​ - Train operators and production staff responsible for performing ordinary maintenance of first-level machines​ - Analyze periodic causes of machine downtime and disturbances, research predictive maintenance strategies to ensure continuous production at minimal cost possible ​ - Manage a digital maintenance management system (CMMS)​ - Ensure support for activities that require interfacing with machines for data exchange mono or bidirectional Competences Technical (Hard Skills) - Technical diploma (mechanical, electromechanical, or similar) or equivalent professional qualification - Analysis of technical designs: Ability to read, interpret, and use mechanical/electrical diagrams to plan maintenance interventions and identify causes of failure - Use of fluid software for recording interventions, scheduling maintenance, monitoring machine states, and generating technical reports - Use of tools/ instruments: Competence in using manual and measurement tools necessary for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, respecting safety norms - Use of management systems: Ability to operate on company management systems to consult spare parts, open tickets, update technical data, and manage document flows related to maintenance. Salary package budget: The economic classification will be examined and weighed after the knowledge interviews and comparison with the preparation and experience of candidates competing for the position and will be commensurate with experience.
