For the strengthening of the technical staff at the plant, we have been entrusted with the selection of a:

ELECTROMECHANICAL AND HYDRAULIC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.

Position Description and Characteristics:

The resource will be integrated into the plant's maintenance team and will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and supervision of refrigeration systems and production plants, intervening both for preventive maintenance and in case of breakdowns.

The role involves a strong technical and operational component, with particular reference to the ammonia refrigeration unit and the electromechanical and hydraulic systems serving food production.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Operation, monitoring, and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the ammonia refrigeration unit;
• Supervision and application of safety regulations related to the use and handling of toxic gases;
• Electromechanical and hydraulic maintenance interventions on production lines, packaging lines, and process plants;
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical anomalies on systems and machinery, working on PLCs, electrical panels, mechanical and pneumatic components;
• Execution of activities planned in the preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance plan for the plant and general services;
• Timely interventions in case of breakdowns and machine stoppages during the work shift;
• Identification of the causes of malfunctions and restoration of plant operability;
• Compilation of technical documentation, maintenance logs, and reports on interventions carried out.

Maintenance Manager

Functional Relationships:

• Internal: Production, Maintenance, Quality, General Services
• External: potential external technicians and suppliers for specialized maintenance activities

Requirements for Participation in Selections:

• Possession of the license for operating ammonia refrigeration systems;
• Consolidated experience in the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration units;
• Technical skills in the electromechanical and hydraulic fields;
• Ability to work independently in fault finding and repairing systems and machinery;
• Good knowledge of the main electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components;
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation;
• Experience gained within production plants in the food or industrial sector is preferred;
• Availability for shift work and rotating Saturday mornings.

Work Location:

Castelnuovo Rangone (MO)

Work Schedule:

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a daily schedule or two shifts. Availability for rotating Saturday mornings is required.

Contract Type and Remuneration Package:

Direct permanent employment with CCNL Alimentari – Aziende Industriali (CNEL E012).

The salary budget for the position ranges from €35,000 to €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL), depending on seniority, technical skills, and experience.

The package also includes a company cafeteria, production bonus, and attendance bonus.
