Our client is a structured reality and has entrusted us with the selection of: - A ADDETTO/A AL SERVIZIO CLIENTI Description and Characteristics of the Position The selected resources will be responsible for providing informative and operational support to users, managing requests related to insurance products and services through dedicated channels. The activity will involve an initial in-person phase at the Benevento office, including training; subsequently, it may also be performed in smart working mode. Role and Responsibilities - Manage user requests via telephone contact and digital tools; - Provide clear and punctual information on insurance services and coverage; - Use company systems for registering and updating practices; - Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and operational standards; - Guarantee precision, reliability, and attention to the customer during interaction. Requirements Needed to Participate in the Selection: - Degree preferably in Economics, Finance or related disciplines, or previous experience in the insurance sector and policy management; - Good communication and relational skills; - Familiarity with PC and main computer tools; - Attitude towards teamwork and service orientation; - Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus. Location and Working Hours: - Location: Benevento - Working Hours: Part-time 75% – 6 hours a day, from Monday to Friday, on rotation Type of Contract - Fixed-term contract in supply - CCNL Multiservizi – 6th level Etjca Group S.p.A. is authorized to operate by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Min.
