Quality Control Assistant - Fish Market

Adecco Italia Adecco Cantu is looking for a Quality Control Assistant for products of aquatic origin for a client company operating in the food sector, located in Arosio (CO). Requirements:- Previous experience in the food sector, preferably in fish markets or related fields- Ability to use computer systems for data registration- Availability to work on evening/night shifts Responsibilities: - Receive and unload raw materials- Check labeling, traceability, and logistics data of products- Verify product and transportation vehicle compliance with hygiene and temperature standards- Perform visual, olfactory, and instrumental checks on products (e.g. staminia verification)- Apply food safety and security regulations and follow the HACCP manual- Register merchandise entry in company's computer systems- Collaborate with the supervisor and other company figuresExpected employment contract: full-time.Work schedule: 38 hours per week, distributed over 6 days (Sunday to Friday), variable time frame from 17:00 to 01:00.Locality of work: Arosio (CO)Skills:- Familiarity with data registration tools- Ability to work in a team Availability: Weekend and holiday availability CCNL: Commercial Third Sector Category: Other
