Profile

Adecco Italia, Castel San Giovanni branch, is looking for a resource for a prestigious company in the food sector to be hired in the role of:

FOOD PACKAGING OPERATOR

Workplace: Chignolo Po' (PV);

Working Hours: Monday to Friday on shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00), with the possibility of overtime on Saturday mornings;

Salary: €1853.19 gross per month;

Contractual Framework: worker category, 5th level CCNL Alimentari Aziende Industriali (Industrial Food Companies National Collective Labour Agreement);

Contract Type: initial temporary employment with extensions and the possibility of future permanent employment.

Responsibilities

The resource will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Perform food packaging operations according to company instructions and standards.

• Check the conformity of packaged products, verifying integrity, labeling, and indicated expiry dates.

• Keep the workstation clean and tidy in compliance with hygiene regulations.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuity and regularity of the workflow.

Skills and Professionalism

The ideal resource possesses the following requirements:

• Good manual dexterity and coordination, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with constant attention.

• Ability to work in a team, respecting deadlines, operational priorities, and received instructions.

• Previous experience, even if brief, in food packaging or industrial production activities.
• Availability to work standing for the entire scheduled working shift.
• Ability to comply with hygienic-sanitary procedures and food safety standards.
• Attention to detail and precision in managing production times and quantities.
