Agency for Work, Rome EUR Branch, is looking for: ADDETTI AL CALL CENTER - INBOUND Work location: Catanzaro Reference sectors: Telephony & Financial Environment Working hours: Part-time 20 hours weekly, distributed from Monday to Sunday in the time slot 08:00 – 22:00 NO SMART - WORKING Expected activities: - Management of incoming calls (inbound) - Customer support for information, assistance and problem resolution purposes, including: - Answering and processing customer inquiries - Providing information and assistance on products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals - Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions - Respect for the customer and the company's values and principles.
