Responsibilities: - Insertion of orders into the management system; - Support to customers and agents regarding order status, article availability, production times; - Coordination with productive functions to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines; - Issuance of transportation documents and immediate invoices; - Interface with internal logistics and transporters to monitor deliveries; - Management of any potential issues. Requirements: - Excellent knowledge of the English language spoken and written; - Good knowledge of the French language spoken and written; - Good knowledge of exports and customs matters; - Good ability to use the Office Package; - Predisposition to interpersonal relationships; - Excellent communication skills; - Precision and punctuality.
