Junior Sales Assistant

Job description

Adecco is looking for young individuals, including students, to be hired on an Apprenticeship basis in stores in Bologna and its province for a well-known large-scale retail company.

The selected individuals will be assigned to departments such as deli, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, fruit and vegetable, and checkouts.

Required qualifications:

• Enthusiasm, motivation, and a desire to learn

• Aptitude for teamwork and customer interaction

• Schedule flexibility and availability to work shifts and on weekends

What we offer:

• Direct company hiring with an apprenticeship contract

• Possibility of part-time employment (24 hours per week) or full-time, depending on the role and store

Working hours: shifts from Monday to Sunday (6 days out of 7) within the 6 AM to 9 PM timeframe

Contractual classification: 6th level - CCNL commerce

Gross Annual Salary full-time: 21K

Gross Annual Salary part-time: 12.922K

Gross monthly salary full-time: 1500 euros

Gross monthly salary part-time (24h): 923 euros
