Occupational Safety and Health Service Officer (F/M/D)

To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for an OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH SERVICE OFFICER (F/M/D) THE TASKS The person sought supports the consultancy firm's clients in the following activities: maintenance and development of the occupational safety system, implementation/application of new regulations in this area, organization and periodic inspection of workplaces including technical systems, identification and realization of improvement potential for the planning of the annual occupational safety program, care and updating of the relevant documentation, support to individual departments in fulfilling regulatory requirements, development of initiatives for the development of the occupational safety system/processes, organization of internal or external training courses. THE IDEAL PROFILE * preferably a university-level technical education * specific training for the RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) role with many years of work experience in occupational safety * experience in transposing management systems according to ISO 18001, 14001, 9001 and Legislative Decree 231/2001 (organization and management model) * excellent knowledge of the Italian language, knowledge of the German language is a preferential qualification * preferably work experience in an international context * teamwork attitude * excellent organizational and interpersonal skills * a strong results orientation and problem-solving ability * good knowledge of the most commonly used software programs (MS-Office and similar) * willingness to travel for work in South Tyrol/Italy THE COMPANY OFFERS * varied and interesting work activity * integration into a successful, dynamic, and fast-growing company * excellent training and professional growth opportunities * a very pleasant working environment * excellent remuneration with various benefits: company car, meal vouchers, etc. The gross annual salary for this position is between €40,000 and €65,000, depending on the qualification and professional experience gained. The indicated amount refers to the base fixed salary, excluding any variable components (e.g., performance bonuses, rewards, benefits). For particularly qualified profiles, there is the possibility to agree on a higher remuneration. A company car for mixed use and an annual variable bonus linked to the achievement of company and individual objectives are also provided.
