MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: the candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the fish counter, receiving merchandise, preparing, cleaning, and packaging fish, weighing, labeling, and presenting products, sanitizing equipment, and respecting HACCP norms, selling, and assisting customers. REQUIREMENTS: - previous experience in a fish department preferably gained in large distribution companies or fish shops - good manual skills, ability to use knives and scales - knowledge of sanitary regulations (HACCP) - predisposition to working with the public and ability to work as part of a team - availability for work shifts including weekends and holidays - preferred residence in the surrounding area of the workplace.
