Ali Spa, branch of Massa Carrara and La Spezia, for company based in La Spezia, specialized in providing, revising, and maintaining machinery and components for the naval and industrial sectors, is looking for a Mechanical Workshop Technician to join its team. Job description The selected figure will be responsible for operational and technical activities within the mechanical workshop, collaborating with the team for the revision, maintenance, and assembly of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and other mechanical components. The person will be accompanied and trained by expert personnel, with the goal of professional growth within the company. Required skills - Good manual dexterity and predisposition to technical-practical work; - Ability to read technical drawings; - Basic knowledge of written English (for consulting technical documentation); - Seriousness, punctuality, and entrepreneurial spirit; - Driving license B and availability to work at the La Spezia location; - No long experience is required, but experiences in mechanical, technical, or productive fields will be valued. Job classification and conditions - Initial employment contract with a fixed term, with the prospect of stable insertion; - Depending on the experience and skills of the profile, it may be possible to assume an indefinite-term employment contract from the start; - Working hours: Monday to Friday, daytime schedule; Full Time; - Place of work: La Spezia.
