Relizont, a company based in Tribiano (MI), operating in the plastics sector for over 10 years and specialized in pultrusion, has entrusted us with the task of identifying 2 people interested in taking on the role of MACHINERY OPERATOR FOR GLASS RESIN PRODUCTION, to be hired on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of future indefinite employment. Place of work: TRIBIANO (MI) The role of MACHINERY OPERATOR FOR GLASS RESIN PRODUCTION involves performing work activities on automatic and semi-automatic machines for processing plastic material destined for the building, furniture, and electrical sectors. To take on this role, it is necessary: - Knowing how to use a caliper, meter, and micrometer - Having had previous experiences in mechanical workshops or production departments - Being available to work full-time from Monday to Friday, 3 shifts (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00), for a total of 40 hours per week - Being available to perform overtime on Saturdays - Having a car to reach the workplace - Having good manual skills The contractual classification provides: - Qualification as an operator - CCNL GOMMA PLASTICA level I with - gross monthly salary of €1,566.80 and, in any case, commensurate with the skills already acquired, plus shift bonuses The remuneration package also includes access to a welfare plan (funded by Ebitemp- National Bilateral Entity for Temporary Work) regarding, for example, health insurance, contribution to childcare, personal loans, and support for: school expenses, extraurban transportation, and territorial mobility.
