ADDETTO LABORATORIO - Chemical/Environmental Analysis

For an important and structured Laboratory of Chemical and Environmental Analysis located near Desenzano del Garda (Bs), specialized in chemical and environmental analysis for external companies, we are looking for a senior professional with operational and managerial experience to fill the role of Technical Laboratory Coordinator. The ideal candidate has solid expertise in the field of waste and environment and must have managed accredited laboratories. Job Description The figure sought is a technical and organizational reference point and will be responsible for: - Coordinating and Managing: Leading and coordinating a team of 15 technicians and analysts, managing workload assignments and ensuring deadlines are respected. - Waste and Environmental Field: Supervising and validating the elaboration of chemical analyses in the field of waste and environment, ensuring compliance with current regulations. - Technical Operations: Supporting the team in complex analyses and intervening directly on equipment for research and troubleshooting. - Quality Management and Accreditation: Maintaining and managing procedures necessary for laboratory accreditation (experience in an accredited laboratory). - Reporting to Management: Reporting laboratory performance and participating in decisions regarding the purchase of new equipment. Essential Requirements - Experience: Solid experience of at least 5-10 years in the sector, with a management or coordination role in a chemical laboratory. - Mandatory Requirement: Having necessarily worked and managed an Accredited Laboratory. - Technical Training: - Preferred Title: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. - Certification: Registration on the Professional Roll (Engineer or Chemist). - Sectoral Competences: Proven expertise in analyses and regulations related to the field of Waste and Environment. Employment Conditions - Salary: The salary will be commensurate with actual experience and seniority of the candidate. Direct entry into the company for an indefinite period. - Welfare: Company benefit of €200. - Favorable Schedule: Full-time schedule distributed over 4 days and a half, with early closure on Friday and Saturday off.
