Duties - Processing and cutting of meats using specific knives and machinery - Dissolution and preparation of different primary and secondary cuts - Packaging, labeling, and correct display of products on the counter - Preparation of products based on meat - Care and reorganization of the department, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety - Service and consultation to customers, with attention to quality and freshness. Requirements - Knowledge of meat processing techniques - Use of knives and work tools - Knowledge of food production hygiene regulations - Precision and good manual skills. Characteristics of the offer - Initial insertion for a fixed-term period, with possibility of extension, aimed at stabilization - Place of work: Crema (CR) - Schedule: full-time 40 hours weekly, articulated on shifts in the 6:00-21:00 time slot; requested availability from Monday to Sunday with weekly rest rotation - Gross monthly salary €1660; insertion IV level Commerce - 14 months - Dynamic and professional working environment, with possibility of growth.
