Duties - Processing and cutting of meats using specific knives and machines - Disassembly and preparation of various primary and secondary cuts - Packaging, labeling, and correct display of products on the counter - Preparation of products based on meat - Care and reorganization of the department, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety - Service and consultation to customers, with attention to quality and freshness. Requirements - Knowledge of meat processing techniques - Use of knives and work tools - Knowledge of food production hygiene regulations - Precision and good manual skills.
